For the active burning power you have to define a captureMatrix with an entire row of @ for the Fire Demon. This burns (= enemies only, atomicCapture=0) by default, in a King area (blastZone=K) by default.
For passive burning power you have to define a spell, and track the piece that casts it. This is done through trackPieces=N (with N the Fire Demon's number in the table), spellZone=K (which is default) and spell=burn.
