Nothing. The problem on the VPS is not missing software, but that CGI programs don't seem to work there at all, and cause GitWeb to run instead, for reasons I do not understand. (e.g. try http://winboard.nl/cgi-bin/gitweb.cgi and http://winboard.nl/cgi-bin/ and http://winboard.nl/cgi-bin/gobbledegook.nonsense , and they all do the same thing).
