I modified the listcomments.php script to be able to display only rated comments for Game pages, which would be, theoretically at least, game reviews. Just add &gamesonly=1&ratingsonly=1 to the query string.
But there are rated comments for game pages that are not game reviews. To make actual game reviews easier to find, I'm hoping that editors of this site or authors of individual comments would take the time to remove ratings from comments on game pages that are not actual reviews of the game. Hopefully, by making game reviews stand out more, more people will write game reviews, and people will find them useful for finding good variants to play.
