It is the same piece as I used in Team-Mate Chess (and which tested as ~5.5): it can only reach the Camel squares if the corresponding Knight square is empty.

I haven't tested it yet, but from what I already know the proposed army could be a bit weak. IIRC the Aanca was only 7.8, and the lame Gnus would only barely compensate that. For the chiral NW I assume the same value as Knight or Phoenix, but AG is significantly weaker than Bishop. The alternative for the latter from Team-Mate Chess would be FA, but a pair of those is probably still weaker than a pair of Bishops.

[Edit] Another way to weaken the WN from Rook-class to Knight-class would be to make it lame rather than chiral, i.e. make it the compound of a Xiangqi Mao and a Wazir. My guess is that this would make it worth just a little bit more than a Knight, because the synergy with Wazir should be significant, as this attacks the squares where the Mao could be blocked with impunity. This might be preferable over introducing chirality, which seems quite hard for human players. The lame WN would be a limited-range version of the Aanca.
