Nicholas, I recommend you take this approach. Program the presets with a different name for the settings file. This guarantees that what you program will not affect current games. After you are done, copy what you have done to the presets you have already made, and test whether there are any problems with existing games. If there are any problems due to bugs, fix the bugs. If there are any other problems, just remove the code from the presets, and they will still work with existing games. Meanwhile, you will have new presets that enforce the rules, and you can replace the links on this page with links to presets that enforce the rules.
