After all, that is what I come to a preset page looking for. But many preset pages are prominently featuring a link to the game rules at the top in large type, and that makes the page confusing to look at. It seems to me that if you are going to make any link on a preset page much more prominent than any other, it should be the link to the preset itself. As for the link to the game rules, it is automatically included at the bottom of the page, it is included in the preset, and it is suitable to include it in regular size type that describes in an introductory paragraph what game the preset is for.
