FRC (Also called Chess 960, due the 960 possible starting positions) open Tournament in Mainz: The FiNet Open in Chess960 (11-12 August), in which the starting positions of the pieces will be known only a few minutes before the start of the game, is the only one of this sort worldwide on this level.
