Can a Swedish Cannon jump over another Cannon of any color?
Can a Swedish Cannon capture another Cannon?
The Korean Cannon cannot do these moves.
Please clarify.

Yes, it can both capture and jump over other cannons. It is special in that it can only slide when it cannot jump.
