A Kick the King chess problem. What happens if we remove check and stalemate rules and win by taking the king?[All Comments] [Add Comment or Rating]

Kick the King should be a very nice variant for acutal playing. Being almost identical to normal chess, winning endgames becomes easier. For example, king plus pawn against king can always win. Less draws, so more interesting game. <p>The same effect can be reached by even less change of the rules with only the following modification over normal chess: 'A player who is stalemated, looses the game.'
