I am not this collection's inventor, except for a small part. But I am the person who has written this article. How can I separate the two?

I don't remember whether non‐editors are able to change Inventor info; if so, it'll be on the Edit Metadata for this Page
page, the same one as for changing status from WIP to Members‐Only. I've added Vitya as an inventor now; I've left you in as a second inventor too, since you've attributed one piece and one game to yourself.
Taken literally, what you've written under the Rules heading reads as if Modern 象棋 has a pair of pieces on each of e2
and e9
, rather than another additional piece on e3
/e8
. And really, this is setup information and belongs with the diagram in the Setup section; you can then simply note that except where specified otherwise, standard 象棋 rules apply.
Thanks! I'll get to work!
Modern also replaces the elephants with war machines (lame dabbabah).
Thanks! I didn't notice that part.
This page of mine is ready for publication for the following reasons:
- The rules are clear, unambiguous, and easy-to-understand.
- The rules are comprehensive.
- There is a locally-hosted setup image, or the setup is the same as Chess.
- Locally-hosted images are being used for pieces, or only Chess pieces are being used.
- The piece names are linked to Piececlopedia articles when there are any.
- No code on the page is broken, or it has no code.

Having the description available in text form still seems to be a good idea though; as it stands a reader with Javascript disabled has no information at all about the setup. Probably best to say explicitly (in the setup sec'n) that the extra piece starts in front of the General on e2
/e8
, and that in Modern the extra Vao is in front of it on e3
/e6
as well as the elephant/war‐machine substitution.
Bþw, how come the version with the Diplomat is called ‘fox’ rather ‘diplomat’ 象棋?
Fox was the first idea, then I opted for diplomat. It seems I have not made the changes everywhere.
It might look better to have the Modern button first, to distinguish it from the others.
To these Florea Aurelian has added diplomat Xiangqi
Should that be "Aurelian Florea"?
Aurelian is my given name.
The current order of button is the order in which the games were conceived. If many people or an editor expresses the wish to have modern xiangqi first, I'll do it.
Aurelian is my given name.
That is why I was expecting it to come first
The proper way to write the full name of a Romanian, in Romanian, is “Prenume Nume”, but on official papers, were for sure those will be filed and processed, the form “Nume Prenume” is the used one.
Indeed!

Just a bit of a reminder. This game is ready unless an editor says otherwise!
Since you're using Alfaerie pieces, I would recommend using a different board. Alfaerie pieces would work better on one that has no markers for Pawns and Cannons or on one that uses squares for spaces.
I think this is better. What do you think?
Yes, that board works better with Alfaerie pieces. It is the same one I used with them on the Xiangqi page.

This one is probably ready!
