This looks like an interesting game, and the page is well-written and presented. I moved the headings down one level, because the script handles the H1 and H2 headings, and author-entered headings should normally begin with H3.

The Pychess link did not work. I left it up in case this is temporary. If Pychess is no longer around, I hope someone will let me know.

While not mentioned so much explicitly, it seems that Kingdom Pawns do get double moves, and Dynasty Pawns may not capture them en passant, though they may still capture them sideways.

I added this game to the Unequal Armies category, and I removed it from the Usual Equipment categories, since it cannot be played with nothing but the usual equipment.

Edit: I fixed it now. It needs an https.

And thanks for the changes and comments!

Idk how to prohibit hops with captureMatrix. I thought captureMatrix=/..$=.........//////////// would work.

Edit: Fixed. Thanks HGM!

You must not write anything on the row behind the =. Probably /..$= would already do. On encountering the = filling of the matrix skips to the friendly captures/hops, and at the same time copies what you already have defined in the row (so ..$ here) to the corresponding friendly interactions. What you continue after that will start to overwrite the copied friendly interactions.

@HaruN Y

Thanks for the Diagram on this one. I was thinking about equipping the in-hand soldiers with all kinds of distant leaps from 9th rank, or situating those on extra 5th-rank squares left and right with an s(mpoa)mR move. But restricting mU with a morph is much simpler. Declaring the in-hand soldiers iron to remove the need for a gap between those and the board is also a trick I had not thought of.

P.S. It did need promoZone=2 for the white promotions to work. And it revealed a bug in the script, as the General was considered royal despite the fact that it was not mentioned in the royal=K. I suppose the problem is that a royal parameter menitioning the pieces by ID rather than number can only be processed after all piece definitions have been read, while with a number they set the royalness variables immediately. So defaulting the last-defined piece to royal in none is yet defined appears to happen too early.
