The game may be for sale soon, I will let you know as soon as I can,
awaiting the necessary funding to create commercially.

The addition of pawns could be implemented as Ben Good suggests but I
wanted to stay in keeping with the same number as orthodox chess.

Thanks again for the feedback, the idea with this game was to have the
added challenge of the 4×16 format as an actual cube so you have to rotate
it to gain acces to the whole board.

May not be quite as practical as the conventional 4×16 format but it adds
that 3rd dimensional factor. May also be for sale soon along with Chess
Cubic.
